With Paul-Antoine Chevalier (Paris School of Economics), I designed the "Polimetre", an online quiz which aimed at helping people to make their choice during the presidential campaign in France in 2007. This quiz which was available on the website of RTL, the main French radio broadcaster received more than 105,000 answers during the campaign, and received a large attention in the media, including the French television. After answering 30 questions about political issues, participants could find which candidates were closer to their position. One of the main interest of our survey is that we asked the candidates themselves to answer our questions. For the first time, voters could compare their position to clear answers from politicians on a set of 30 political questions. Here is the kind of result which was provided to voters:
